Con Queso is a concept that I've had for several years since experiencing the decadent cheeses that my girlfriend's family has brought to the dinner table straight from Mexico. I've always loved Latin food, but since tasting the authentic flavors of her family's cooking, my passion has been ignited. 

Con Queso is a celebration of Latin cheese and culture. I chose all the menu items (which made me super hungry) to represent many Latin countries and created a playlist to go along with the brand and the elements of Latin music.
